Thank you for shopping with Agatha’s Candle Shoppe — where every candle carries a story.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods (such as product launches or seasonal events), processing may take a bit longer. We appreciate your patience while Agatha prepares her spellbound packages.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at Agathascandles@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll work our magic to make it right.
